Refund policy
At Spring in Winter Gallery, all sales of original artworks are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds.
For the limited edition prints, we offer a one-time refund or exchange. At our gallery, every artwork is handled with care so it may reach you in perfect condition. We understand, however, that unforeseen issues can arise.
In the Event of Damage:
Should your package arrive damaged, please photograph the item and its packaging and contact us at connect@springinwintergallery.com without delay—within 14 days of receipt. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for return or replacement.
If You Are Not Fully Satisfied:
If the piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The artwork must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accompanying materials included. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the collector.
